Packing for a yoga retreat can be tricky because you want to bring everything you need to feel comfortable, but you don't want to be weighed down by excess baggage. Here's a packing list to help you pack light but still bring everything you need:
• Comfortable yoga clothes
• Lightweight, breathable tops and bottoms for hot weather
• Long-sleeved shirts and pants for cooler evenings
• Sun hat
• Sandals or flip-flops for the beach
• Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers for hiking
• Sunscreen with a high SPF
• Personal hygiene items
• Wet wipes or hand sanitizer
• Prescription medication and any necessary health supplements
• Travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
• Toothbrush and toothpaste
