It's a dream to be here. Come in the heart of the Mexican Caribbean. Fill in your check-in and check-out date below and book your stay. We can only promise you great moments and unforgettable holidays with us.
At Casas Kismet, we’re always looking for practices that gently reset the nervous system, dissolve stress, and help our guests reconnect with themselves. That’s why we’re thrilled to welcome Javi from Allow to Flow, who’s bringing his signature Janzu Water Flow Therapy and Thai Massage to our retreats in Nosara.
Janu (aka “Water Flow Therapy”) is a fusion of massage, meditation, and gentle stretching—all guided by the buoyancy of water. Under Javi’s expert guidance, you’re supported and moved through fluid, rhythmic sequences that invite you to let go of control. In the weightlessness of water, physical tension and emotional blocks begin to soften and release .
This isn’t just a water massage—it’s a full-body journey that:
Our retreats at Casas Kismet are designed for transformation. We offer yoga, breathwork, mindful movement, connection—and Javi’s water therapy is the perfect complement. It works on a cellular level, shifting patterns that are often resistant to change:
Javi is also trained in traditional Thai Massage—deep stretches, rhythmic acupressure, and passive yoga on the floor . When paired with Water Flow Therapy, this combo becomes a truly transformative package:
Imagine showing up tight, anxious, maybe even holding old grief or tension—and walking away feeling lighter, freer, happier: more aligned with your purpose. That’s exactly what guests report after a Water Flow session with Javi:
"It felt like I melted—my body was softer, my mind quieter. I hadn’t realized how much I was holding until it was gone."
Guests regularly say they notice lasting ease of movement, deeper sleep, and emotional clarity after adding water flow to their retreat schedule.
We’ve added Javi’s offerings as optional extras during our retreats. Whether you want a single session to complement a yoga day or a full immersion combining water and Thai, he’s here for it.
To book, just let us know during your retreat registration or check in—spaces are limited by the pool, so we recommend reserving early.
