Typical Daily Itinerary:

7am Wakeup Refreshments,

7:30am Workout or Run Club.

9am Breakfast,

10am Free Time  / Hike / Surf / Mountain Bike

1pm Lunch,

2pm Free Time / Workshop / Waterfall / Ice Bath,

4:30pm Movement Practice, Yin + Reiki or Self Defence Class.

6:30pm Dinner
