-      3 locally sourced meals, accommodation, and shuttle from and to Liberia airport (on Jan 9 arrival and Jan 16 departure)

-      Intentionally curated7-day transformational journey including morning movement and yoga, breath awareness, guided embodied practices, inner explorations, gentle and empowering breathwork,  energy activations, sunset ceremonies, all co-created by 3 MastersGuides to nourish your body and ignite your soul

Erin born and raised in Toronto landed in paradise Victoria B.C. in 2018 500Hr RYT, ReikiIntuitive Sacred Leader, Cold Water Enthusiast, Feminine Empowerment andEcstatic Dance Wild Woman. Erin is a powerhouse of a teacher, who harnesses herskill as a transformation junkie, to uplift the lives and inspire everyone she comes in contact with. An energetic healer and leader Erin supports individuals and groups on their journey of transformation and empowerment of mind, body and soul. Erin combines elements of breath, energetic movement and mindful relaxation to promote a deep sense of balance and freedom. Her approachable style is accessible to yoga veterans and rookies alike ~ you 'll leave her presence connected to joy and ready to Let Shift Happen. She is an advocate to live your life to the fullest regardless of circumstances. We only have one life to live, thrive instead of just survive!!
