Awaken is a week-long, deeply immersive healing retreat designed for individuals seeking meaningful, lasting transformation. Held at the exclusive Casa Kismet Retreat Center—reserved entirely for our group—this experience offers an intentional balance of evidence-based trauma therapy, integrative practices, nature, and spacious downtime.

Group size is intentionally capped at 15 like-minded participants to ensure depth, safety, and individualized care.

Who This Retreat is For

This retreat is ideal for individuals who:

• Are seeking deep emotional healing and personal transformation
• Feel "stuck" despite traditional weekly therapy
• Want immersive trauma-informed care in a supportive environment
• Are open to evidence-based and integrative  approaches
• Can engage responsibly in a small-group healing container

Who This Retreat Is Not For

For safety and ethical reasons, this retreat may not be appropriate for individuals who:

• Are experiencing active psychosis, mania, or severe dissociation
• Have untreated or unstable substance use disorders
• Are currently in acute crisis or require a higher level of care (e.g., inpatient or PHP)
• Have medical conditions that contraindicate breathwork or ketamine treatment
• Are unable to participate safely in a group setting or respect group boundaries
• Are seeking a purely recreational or psychedelic-only experience

For participants interested in Ketamine Assisted Therapy, participants must complete required psychological and medical screening . All participants must sign a retreat agreement to participate that outlines expectations, informed consent, and explains liability.
