Alyssa is a passionate yoga teacher dedicated to helping students cultivate strength, presence, and confidence through mindful movement. Her classes combine dynamic flow with thoughtful alignment, creating an experience that is both energizing and accessible.
Gudrun brings a warm, grounded presence to her teaching, guiding students toward deeper self-awareness through restorative movement, mindfulness, and compassionate inquiry. Together, Alyssa and Gudrun create retreats centered around authenticity, connection, and wholehearted living.
Each day is thoughtfully balanced between movement, relaxation, and exploration.
Mornings begin with coffee, tea, and a light breakfast before gathering in our open-air yoga shala overlooking the Pacific Ocean for an energizing Power Vinyasa practice designed to awaken the body and mind.
After a nourishing brunch, enjoy spacious afternoons filled with free time to explore Nosara, book a massage, relax by the pool, walk to the beach, or join an optional excursion.
As the day winds down, you'll return to the shala for calming evening practices including Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, restorative yoga, workshops, or guided self-inquiry sessions before sharing dinner together under the Costa Rican sky.
