Kismet Collective Membership Association Agreement

(A Private Contract Membership Association)

Purpose, Mission & Foundational Principles

The Kismet Collective Membership Association ("Association") is a private membership association formed by individuals who voluntarily choose to associate in pursuit of a shared mission, purpose, vision, and values. Membership is entered into freely by those who desire to enter as a private member in a private community dedicated to personal growth, mutual support, education, wellness, fellowship, and spiritual development.

We believe that every individual possesses inherent dignity and fundamental rights, including the freedom of conscience, freedom of association, and the responsibility to direct his or her own life. We affirm the principles of personal responsibility, self-governance, voluntary association, mutual respect, and the pursuit of truth, health, and spiritual growth according to each member's own conscience and sincerely held beliefs.

Our Mission is to cultivate the growth, freedom, health, and spiritual development of our members by fostering a community built upon education, fellowship, wellness, service, and personal responsibility. Members advance this mission by sharing their unique gifts through education, mentorship, retreats, training programs, wellness initiatives, spiritual practices, sacramental and ceremonial activities, community gatherings, charitable works, fellowship, and other member-led experiences that support the Association's purpose and values.

Our Vision is to cultivate a thriving global community dedicated to personal responsibility, spiritual growth, holistic well-being, self-governance, freedom of conscience, and service to others, creating a lasting impact for generations to come.

We recognize that every member's path is unique and that growth may occur through many different experiences, including education, fellowship, prayer, meditation, breathwork, healing arts, sacred ceremonies, sacramental practices, service, mentorship, wellness initiatives, and other experiences voluntarily chosen by members in accordance with their own conscience and beliefs.

Voluntary Private Membership

I, voluntarily apply for and accept membership in the Kismet Collective Membership Association because its mission, purpose, vision, and values align with my own.

I acknowledge that my private membership is entered into freely and voluntarily through this private Membership Agreement. I understand that my participation in the Association is based upon mutual consent, freedom of association, personal responsibility, and respect for the rights and dignity of fellow members.

As a member, I accept responsibility for my own decisions regarding my life, health, education, spiritual development, and well-being, recognizing that each member retains the same responsibility for his or her own choices.

Privacy and Confidentiality

I acknowledge that the Association operates as a private community for its members. Communications, educational materials, records, member information, gatherings, and other Association activities are private and confidential and are intended solely for members.

I agree to respect the privacy of the Association and its members and will not disclose confidential information to non-members without the consent of the Association or the affected member. These confidentiality obligations survive the termination of my membership as provided elsewhere in this Agreement.

Resolution of Disputes

In keeping with the Association's commitment to fellowship and peaceful resolution, I agree that any disagreement involving my membership or the Association shall first be addressed through respectful, good-faith private discussion.

If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to participate in mediation with a mutually acceptable mediator.

If mediation does not resolve the matter, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration provisions of the bylaws.

Member Acknowledgement

I certify that I have carefully read and understand this Membership Agreement and the accompanying Memorandum of Understanding. I acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to ask questions and that I voluntarily accept the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of membership.

I affirm that I am competent to enter into this Agreement and understand that it establishes a private relationship between myself, the Association, and its members. I agree to be bound by its terms and to conduct myself in a manner consistent with the Mission, Purpose, Vision, and values of the Kismet Collective Membership Association.
