About Wendy:

Wendy is a board certified licensed acupuncturist, Kripalu RYT-500 yoga teacher, breast cancer survivor, writer, workshop and international retreat leader. She discovered yoga in 1993 and is forever grateful for the gifts of yoga and mindfulness. For Wendy yoga is both a playful and sacred journey that helps connect us to our divine feminine essence.

Wendy's classes are soulful, with awareness to alignment as well as just plain fun. She predominantly teaches slow flow vinyasa, deep stretch, restorative, yin, meditation and pranayama. As well as maintaining her busy acupuncture practice and teaching, you can find Wendy writing, walking in the woods, engaging in deep conversation with friends or sitting on the front porch with her husband, daughter, and energetic flat-coat retriever.
